Tired, Sitting, Listening?

As I sit here listening to 'All Caps' By Madvillian, I find myself dozing in and out of consciousness. Maybe its because it is nearly 1am and I have to wake at the wee hour of 6am to go teach. No idea why I am up this late... but I am. I'm sitting here enjoying the pleasant sounds of madlib/mf doom's hip hop awesomeness thinking about how much I just want it to be summer. I need money badly, for I only have 40 dollars to my name and probably no means of getting any more until the end of May.

What I do wish was happening right now: Me at the beach, sitting in the cool sand on a chilly summer night listening to nothing but the sounds of the crashing surf as my friends run around trying to play football in the dark.

What is really happening right now: Me sitting at my crummy desk at Rider University listening to Madvillian (no complaints there) wishing I could simply fall asleep and find myself awaken to the day after finals are over.

Yes that would be heaven.



Also, I am 20 pages away from finishing Joe Meno's Hairstyles of the Damned and let me tell you. Wow. A good read, I suggest you check it out.
